When we first stumbled on Shachi’s art, we immediately thought, “Her art must be on a puzzle!” We saw that she was having a solo art show a few miles from our home and so we hurried over to see more. We fell in love with her talent and her heart. Our first choice was Home in the Desert I -Inspired by the beauty of the colors and patterns of the Arizona desert where Shachi and her family have lived for over 20 years. With this painting, Shachi stated she was exploring her feelings about home and how the colors, patterns and beauty of the landscape which was once so unfamiliar now feels like home to her. We wanted our first series to pay tribute to our beautiful home state of Arizona! We hope you will enjoy the irregular shape and whimsies of the desert.

Peeling

Hey,
The pieces are peeling, it looks amazing but there are peeling pieces! Not just one but multiple!

Hi there. Thank you for your review and for letting us know of this issue you experienced. This is the first time this has happened. Would you be so kind to email me images of the pieces so we can forward to our wood supplier. I would also like to send you either a replacement piece or an entire new puzzle.

We use top of the line natural wood plywood, and there may have been something strange happening with an area of the wood sheet. Please send your images to info@hiddenpiecepuzzles.com and include when and where you purchased your puzzle. Thank you so much!

Wow this is my new favorite puzzle and I have over 100 of the wooden puzzles. The cut pieces the packaging and the larger picture of the puzzle were all excellent fun to do. You should get one from this company if you like to do puzzles
